About Everlastings
More than just a store
with very humble beginnings
Everlastings began as a hobby

...in 1993, when owner Tracy began making dried floral arrangements and wreaths out of an extra bedroom in her home. Recognizing a need for a flower shop in Lucknow, she took the plunge and moved from the bedroom studio into a main street building the following year. Welcomed warmly by her hometown, this young entrepreneur worked hard to continue to grow the business and in the year 2001, the store was moved to its current location, a former long time Fruit Market. While the retail environment for a florist has changed drastically since opening in 1993, the business continues to develop and evolve over the years and is proud to be the longest operating retailer in Lucknow under the same owner. After years of business growth and Tracy’s love of all things wedding, she decided to use her organizational skills, eye for detail and passion for perfection to make Everlastings a one stop shop for her wedding clientele. Now providing planning, décor and floral services, Everlastings has become highly recommended for any new bride planning a wedding in Southern Bruce County and beyond. Tracy feels so privileged to have been a part of the business community for 28 years and to have been a part of so many of the moments that matter in her client’s lives.
Tracy Irwin
Tracy’s journey into the world of flowers began as a 15-year-old working at Valley Green Flowers, a former flower shop on the main street in Lucknow. Years later, after a college education, and work at another flower shop, she would return to her hometown and begin what would be a long adventure of business ownership, creating beautiful things and helping people find joy in the simplicity of pretty blooms.
Throughout her years as a business owner, aside from having been a very busy hockey mom, Tracy always finds time to give back to her community through volunteerism and work on various projects and committees. Her commitment to maintaining a brick and mortar business for the good of the community has always been a priority.
She is a mom to 3 young men and a beautiful daughter in law. In 2019 she married the love of her life, Chris and gained 2 more sons. Chris is not only Tracy’s biggest supporter, but can sometimes be found helping at wedding setups, doing deliveries or creating some structure needed for the latest install.
Tracy’s parents, Peter and Elaine have been an integral part of Everlastings from the beginning. You will find Elaine behind the counter or cleaning wedding flowers in the back. Always keeping things clean and the team organized. Peter is the occasional delivery guy, cardboard cleaner upper and always ready handyman when called upon. The success and longevity of Everlastings is due in large part to their never-ending support.

Tracy’s favourite flowers are tulips. When she is not running around making things beautiful at a wedding, her favourite place to be is at her cottage by the lake. Maybe enjoying some heavenly hash ice cream or an Aero bar while she sits on the beach watching the next beautiful sunset. She has a passion for travel, interior design, as well as photography. One of her proudest accomplishments is successfully completing a 365 project. A photography project which forces you to find beauty every day in the simple things.

Shauna VanOsch
Shauna is the youngest member of our team and brings an energy that is unmatched. She is a graduate of the Fanshawe College Special Event Planning Program, in which she received high honours. She has worked at Everlastings for 9 years and during that time her floral design skills have grown and developed through her mentorship with owner Tracy and additional training she has participated in outside the shop. Shauna has a meticulous eye for detail which clearly shows in her merchandising skills in the boutique and at the weddings she coordinates. She is our guru when it comes to all things social media, and is often one of the bright faces to greet you when you visit the store.
Shauna’s favourite flower is the Sarah Bernhardt Peony and if asked what her favourite part about her job is, it would definitely be connecting and meeting new clients. Being a bit of a social butterfly and because of her amazing customer service, the list of people she would call friends has grown ten fold. When she isn’t working she can often be found soaking up the sun by the lake and working in her personal wildflower garden. She is an avid community member always searching for ways to make the town she calls home as best as it can be. Shauna is a talented, young business woman who we are happy to have as part of our team.
