When we started planning for a wedding, we knew right away we wanted Tracy from Everlastings Flower and Gifts. Planning a tent wedding is no joke. Tracy did not disappoint, in fact far exceeded our expectations!!!! There are so many little things that we didn’t even realize when it came to planning a tent wedding, and there was nothing Tracy missed.
The week leading up and day of is where Tracy really shined. She was there every day, even after hours, making sure everything was perfect (all while having her first grandchild right in the midst of it). There were so many little things we forgot, and each time Tracy had it covered and came back with everything we needed. Everything went off with a hitch all thanks to Tracy!
I called Tracy the morning of panicking when my groom didn’t have his bow tie. Within an hour, a new bow tie was on its way from Goderich. What a hero!!!!
She was the best decision we ever made!!!
I didn’t stress about a single thing, because I knew Tracy had it covered. She went above and beyond!
Now for the flowers.. simply stunning!!!! I had one inquiry about adding some deep mauve to my bouquet to match the bridesmaids and within 20 mins she was back with pure perfection.
Tracy, you are amazing!!! You are so special, and you’re help this past year means the world to us. If you’re on the fence about a wedding planner, trust me, you’ll thank yourself later, Tracy is your girl.

Tracy and the staff from Everlastings went above and beyond to make our wedding day perfect. From decorating our arbor, designing our bouquets, to the smallest detail of a collar for our pup—Tracy made every detail count. With a fall wedding, I knew I wanted fall colours & a beautiful orchid in my bouquet. Tracy took this and ran with it, she made the most stunning & elegant bouquet I’ve ever seen. Her creativity and guidance was phenomenal, we were impressed with all of her ideas. Tracy provided her expertise in wedding planning for months before our wedding day. When it finally came to our wedding day, Tracy was professional, honest & caring. We would highly recommend Tracy & Everlastings!

Wow. Best Decision Ever! The moment I got engaged, Tracy was one of the first calls that I made. Our wedding date could not be confirmed until I knew that Tracy would be available to help. Her imaginative ideas and well thought out direction helped bring our special day into reality. Tracy is a very attentive and creative individual with all the pizzazz your event will ever need! She has a great eye for detail and will have your vision worked out and presented exactly the way you want it without you even having to tell her. From coordinating our rentals, doing all our florals, being there the day of, helping with set up and tear down, and making sure we had everything we needed. I would not describe myself as someone that has an eye for design and I didn’t have a Pinterest board with my “vision” for the wedding décor, so when it came to planning our wedding, my first call was to Tracy! She had worked with a few friends of mine and I knew how beautifully done their weddings were. With the goal of taking the stress of decorating off of my plate, I met with Tracy and was pleasantly surprised to learn the full range of services that Tracy and her team offer. From lining up rentals, florals, set up, and day of coordination, this was definitely something I wanted to sign up for. Since I was getting married in the fall of 2020 ie. Covid, I took full advantage of these services. Tracy helped with coordinating our wedding not once but 3 different times due to changes in Covid restrictions. The final change was going from an indoor reception to a tent for a backyard wedding just 3 weeks before our new wedding date. Tracy and her team arranged for last minute rentals of the tent and amenities required for a backyard wedding and when the day came it went off without a hitch. My flower arrangements were beautiful and with everything looking the way it did you would have thought that this was the wedding we had planned all along. I would definitely recommend future brides utilizing the services Tracy and her team at Everlastings Flowers and Gifts have to offer!

To be honest, when I first got engaged, I was not sold on the idea of spending more money on a service I did not think I needed. But once I realized just how much I did not know; I quickly changed my tune and my husband, and I hired Tracy to help us plan our wedding. She coordinated throughout our engagement by organizing our rentals, day-of services, and created our florals. She told us exactly what we needed for our venue and made suggestions that helped elevate our day and tie everything together. When we met to pick our florals, we discussed colours and the “feel” of the day and she ran with it from there. What she came up with was perfect. The day before, she ran our set up at the Pavilion like a well-oiled machine and was there that evening for our rehearsal. On the day of our wedding, she was there first thing until into the reception to direct and intervene and help keep things as stress-free for us as possible. It has been almost a year and I still have family and friends telling me how gorgeous our wedding was, and that it was one of the most relaxed but smoothly run weddings they have ever been to. I have no doubt that that is because of everything Tracy did. Her knowledge surrounding all things wedding and her experience with the various venues in the area make her worth her weight in gold. My first piece of advice to newly engaged couples in the Bruce County area is to go all in on her services, she is so worth it.

I had the pleasure of working with Tracy when my husband and I got married in October 2020. She was wonderful to work with especially in the short 8-week timeframe we had. She is very good at what she does; from our first meeting, she understood right away what I was looking for. I felt at ease leading up to the big day knowing my flowers and decor were taken care of. Tracy did our wedding flowers for a backyard wedding and looked after everything from rentals, table settings and logistics. She was able to take our backyard and transform it into a beautiful setting with her floral arrangements and decorations. She used the surrounding nature to position the spot we did our vows perfectly with extra touches like antiques and sparkling lights to add to look. The quality of her work and passion for her customers satisfaction is second to none. She has done many weddings for my friends and family and everyone is always blown away by her work, organizational skills, and the way she puts the bride at ease by knowing she has it all under control. My husband and I hired Everlastings for our day, as they came highly recommended by many friends and family who had used Tracy's services to plan their own wedding day. We had also attended and seen her work through our own eyes in the past. Although we are a very organized and detailed couple, planning a wedding was something we did not know a lot about and wanted only the best of the best to assist us in our day. We are so grateful for Tracy, as well as Shauna, for all they did for us leading up to our day. They thought of all the little things we would have missed if we had not had them there to assist us. We first hired Tracy to help plan/coordinate our wedding, all being done in the middle of a pandemic. She was so professional, had amazing ideas as well as suggestions, and helped bring our vision to life. Our dream for the day of the wedding was to make sure our friends and family enjoyed the entire day. We did not want them having to worry about coordinating any vendors or setting out desserts or other miscellaneous tasks. Tracy made sure that dream became a reality. She did not stop from Wednesday to Monday making sure everything was perfect for us. We can not imagine our day going as smoothly as it did without her there. As for our florals, Tracy and her team are one of the most talented florists around. We hired Tracy knowing this but also knowing she had not really done a wedding like ours with a bohemian feel. We had total faith she would make our vision come to life and she exceeded that. Our tent was beautiful when we left the day before the wedding but walking into our tent on our wedding day after she had finished the floral placements, brought tears to my eyes. It was beyond any expectation we had for our florals and they were beautiful. From the bottom of our hearts, thank you to Everlastings and Tracy for everything they did for us. We would highly recommend anyone, organized, or not organized, to strongly consider using their services for their special day.

Tracy and the Everlastings team were helpful, professional, and fun to deal with while planning the flowers and decor for our wedding! Tracy's recommendations to do a variety of different center pieces was spot on for our reception, and she nailed my bouquet, as well as the handmade garland for our ceremony and head table!

When we first started planning our wedding, we had a good idea of some of the basics. But as we got into more planning, we quickly realized we would need some help. On a recommendation, we hired Tracy to work with us and it was a fantastic decision. Tracy helped us plan our special day with tons of unique details. We would not have known where to start with decorating, but Tracy gave us lots of suggestions and helped us transform our hall. She handled all the rentals, which was a huge burden off us. The flowers were incredible! Our bouquets added a pop of colour and the decorative flowers tied together our fall look. The rehearsal went very well and despite some nasty winds, Tracy helped me to stay calm and I trusted that she would take care of everything, even if something did blow away overnight! As it turned out, the weather was perfect for our wedding and it went off without a hitch, thanks to Tracy. I was completely confident that she would take care of everything and it really allowed us both to enjoy our day without worry. I would highly recommend working with Tracy!

We knew we wanted a winter wedding, but with a fall engagement, that did not leave us much time. With help from family and friends, and tremendous help from Tracy, we had the most perfect winter wedding (just 5 and a half months after we were engaged). Throughout the planning and prepping stages, through to the day, Tracy was there to provide tips, ideas, and knowledgeable expertise. She coordinated all the necessary rentals, found stunning décor items to dress up the hall and tables and created the most beautiful floral arrangements. In addition to all of this, she also worked as our “day of coordinator”, to ensure everything ran smoothly on our big day. We are so appreciative of her helpful suggestions, calm and honest personality, and creative vision.

Hiring Tracy of Everlastings in Lucknow as our wedding coordinator was one of the best decisions we made when planning our wedding. She took care of every detail – I did not have to worry about a thing. Tracy handled our rentals, flowers, planned out pretty much the entire décor, set up, tear down, and was our “day of” wedding coordinator. She discreetly guided us through the entire ceremony and reception. I really do not know what I would have done without her! Tracy’s organization and attention to detail are next level. Tracy made our day easy and stress-free right from the beginning. She helped me coordinate our linens, decor, lighting, and flowers to bring everything together beautifully. The bouquets, boutonnières, corsages and the many, many vases of flowers and greens were all more gorgeous than I could have ever imagined. You and your team are the best.

Tracy did a fantastic job with our beautiful flowers for our fall wedding. She met with us to go over what we wanted and gave us input and provided lots of wonderful ideas. She was very helpful when deciding what would look nice, while also allowing us to give some ideas as well! I did not even have to worry about our flowers leading up to the wedding, or on our wedding day as Tracy provided us with a timeline of when and where she was dropping off flowers (to bridesmaids, to groomsmen, to the venue, etc.) which made it super easy to plan for pictures! All flowers were set up at our venue, all by Tracy & her staff - and they looked absolutely stunning. My bouquet (and my bridesmaids) was more beautiful than I could have imagined! I am not one to keep flowers, but I just had to dry my beautiful bouquet to keep it on display! I love it! I highly recommend Tracy & Everlastings for your flowers for your big day!
