How far in advance should I book a wedding florist?

The sooner, the better. Once you decide on the date of your wedding, reach out and check our availability. Everlastings does many, many weddings each year and we book up quickly. While we are able to execute multiple events in one weekend, and we really hate to say no, in order to maintain the highest possible standard for our work, we can only do so many. We are currently taking bookings for late fall 2021 and 2022.

 

Do you require a deposit?

Yes we do. In order to reserve your day, a non-refundable deposit of $300 is required. That deposit will then be applied towards your final balance.

Do I have to know my budget before coming in for an appointment?

Yes. This is very helpful information so that we offer ideas and a design which is within your budget. We understand that budgets may change but we need to have an idea of general budget comfort level. We are happy to provide some basic general and entry level pricing over the phone or by email to establish whether you are comfortable booking an appointment.

Do you deliver?

Part of our service includes delivery and set up. This may include multiple locations. The delivery and set up charge can vary depending on location and time required for set up. The amount of the charge will be provided on your flower quote.

Do you provide day of coordination services when not doing flowers?

We do not provide day of coordination services unless we are also providing the florals.
